As I was strolling the neighborhood before meeting friends for dinner, I came across soapology and since I love skin and body care I walked in. Although it reminded me of sabon and rituals, I wanted to see what the brand was all about. The lady in the store did explain tou can customize scents but any other question I asked her response was either condescending or a chore... I felt very unwelcome and left.

Amazing products (LOVE the verbena & ginger creamy scrub and buttercream and also the walnut scrub) and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Def one of my new favorite places!

I still remember this place as being beautiful, classy, & peaceful. The woman that worked there was sooo helpful, letting me try products, & working with my measly low budget so I could still make a purchase. I can't wait to come back again, I miss it so much!
Such wonderful aroma’s, amazingly warm and friendly staff, nothing was a problem. Gorgeous demo’s on our hands and I just fell in love with the products and scents. Only down side is they are not in australia ������
