Ive resided at the soapworks phase I for about 2 years now and am very happy. The price is right my privacy is maintained and the location in convenient. Now they say you get what you pay for and this is true just as its also true that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Perhaps this complex isnt as modern and up to date as say the brand new apt bldg down the street but its a decent place. I honestly have to say that people who are unhappy, like to make everybody else feel the same.....I have lived here at Soap Works Apartments since 1992 and i am happy to say that besides some little problems i have been very happy and i would recommend this place to every one....management has been great, no complaints..the young ladies there do their job and go beyoung their duties as managers to see that we as residents are content and happy....so all you unhappy people keep commets to your selfs...

LOOKS ARE DECEIVING MAY LOOK NICE AT FIRST BUT NOTE THAT THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM. POOL WILL MAKE YOU SICK, RATS...RATS...RATS. NOTHING WORKS LAUNDRY ROOM SODA MACHINE ECT. CRIME CARS VANDALIZED, CLOTHS STOLEN FROM LAUNDRY ROOM. APARTMENTS ARE POORLY MAINTAINED YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERY DAY TO GET ANYTHING DONE YOU HAVE TO BECOME ANNOYING TO GET THE OFFICE MANAGERS TO LISTEN. SIMPLE REPAIRS TAKE WEEKS TO MONTHS TO GET COMPLETED.The managers just sit around and gossip with the tenants, mailman ect. its no wonder that nothing ... read more
