Only good experiences for me here at Soap and Suds Carwash in Manassas. German has been extremely accommodating and pleasant both times I’ve been here. I’ve brought in my very, very “lived in” car for cleaning. We are family with 4 kids and my SVU can turn into the stuff of nightmares after long soccer tournament weekends or road trips. Paid for a full car vacuum with trunk vacuum and the trunk wasn’t done so I had to drive back show them my receipt and have them do it. Also after going through the car wash it didn’t get the front of my car cleaned it still had dirt across the front bumper and hood. They also flipped my daughter’s car seat over I guess to clean underneath it and then didn’t put it back so I had to do that myself and I had my daughter with me. Not very thorough.
Stopped by soap and sud to vacuum the interior of my car and get a car wash.i purchased a platinum wash for $ 31.00 because I wanted my car to be properly cleaned. After going through the car wash I realized that they didn't do a good job vacuuming the car. As a customer i went to the attendant in charge to complain about the vacuuming so they can re vacuum the car. The attendant was very unprofessional.
