The pool is nice, cabanas are nice, but the service is terrible! We booked a lower cabana, and got a confirmation, but when we arrived, we were given a cabana on the second floor. Our older mom refused to go to the pool. The guy at the check in whose name was Johnny (he didn’t give us the last name) refused to give us what we booked and was very rude. He ruined our day. The service at the bar was extremely slow. We are not coming back. Find some other pools for locals in Vegas!

First and foremost I’m a Sammy Hagar fan so this is no reflection on him but the experience we had this last weekend at the Sammy birthday pool party was terrible . I had reserved an upper bungalow because I had a group of 9 people in my party . The first terrible experience was waiting for almost 45 minutes in the line for the bungalow. This is my place to party
Weekend entertainment was not good. Music was obnoxiously loud, and clearly people were not enjoying it. Not a fun environment. Security outnumbered guests and were very selective in enforcing rules.
