As a local, we are always looking for an awesome pool scene, no cover and no parking fees, with 21+ pool...SOLD! Hubbs is not a fan of kids splashing pool water in his drink...SO! If you’re a local and want a free cabana, be sure to book it at least two weeks in advance because they fill up quickly. If you’re able to reserve one, you’ll receive a QR code that guarantees your cabana, so it doesn’t matter what time you arrive during the day. Parking is also free, which is a nice bonus and makes visiting even more convenient. As locals it's nice that we have the opportunity to go to resort pools around the city. The palms offers free entry for locals sun through Friday, we arrived at 10 when they opened to ensure we got some lounge chairs since there are only a handful. It retrospect that probably wasn't super important as the round day beds around the pool are probably just as good since you won't be out in the direct sun too much.
