I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and professional! The environment was so beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. My lashes look beautiful. She has a very gentle touch and explains everything along the way. Although I have been wearing lashes for years she still explained and went over the aftercare process as if this was my first time which I could appreciate.

So Serene Esthetics provided excellent customer service. This was a 10/10 experience to me. She was very professional, sweet and accommodating, I absolutely loved my service. Everything was clean, relaxing, and she was super gentle on my sensitive eyes. My lashes are stunning. I cant Wait to come back and try other services she offers, this one is a keeper. :-)
