We hired S&O for multiple changes to our house. The biggest was removing a wall and adding a beam. Deigo and his team did a great job. Deigo was very accomodating with any ideas. He also replaced our sliding door with a french door and added framing to our newly installed skylight. Would hire them again.

I highly recommend S & O Remodeling for all of your household projects. They painted the exterior of my entire 2800 ft.² home in just about a week . Diego was also very helpful when I was selecting colors for the house. He provided me with solid suggestions and prevented me from making some mistakes. He also did several handy person tasks in his spare time… He works very fast. He priced everything fairly, and I have him lined up for several new projects in the spring.
Diego and his team were excellent, helped me with my crawl space for a great price and did a number of other various things, including some not scheduled on the same day. Super efficient, careful, nice, and affordable. I am planning to ask him to do some more work in the future. Highly recommend.
We recently remodeled our bathroom and had the pleasure of working with Diego and his team for the plumbing. They did an outstanding job! Additionally, they just finished painting the exterior of our house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Diego was accommodating, friendly, and incredibly easy to schedule with.
