I just received my clover pendant and chain in the mail, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The pieces are high quality, beautiful, elegant. The packaging blew me away, it felt so special! The boxes, the attention to detail, the colours, the little notes and ribbons, the soft pouches - it all created a great experience (and excitement!) - like a true gift should do. I’m glad I discovered this brand.
Today I popped into So Pretty Cara Cotter in St.Albert to pick up an item I had wanted. The service was incredible and the store is so beautiful. The young girl working was so helpful and offered some suggestions I hadn’t thought of…and I walked away with both a bracelet and some earrings that I absolutely loved! I highly recommend stopping by this little gem of a store!
While the jewelry that I received as a gift looked pretty visually, we encountered issues. I was given a ring as a gift and within a couple of weeks it was bent and several stones had fallen out. It was returned and exchanged for a different ring with a different design, and additional money was given to purchase it. After wearing it maybe 2-3 times, again, a couple of stones fell out.
