First time visiting with this Hearing aide facility, very nice environment. Audiologist was very friendly. They Offer Saturday appointments!! They are very customer oriented. They are keepers in my book!!
Dr. Smith was amazing with my teenage daughter! We came in for earwax removal and he was gentle, explained the process in detail and helped her to feel comfortable. He completed the middle ear testing to ensure her eardrums were functioning properly as an extra step at no charge! I believe I met with Jeremiah Smith, and this was a wonderful experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and conducted the appointment with the utmost professionalism. He also produces very high quality ear plugs that will work for just about any situation at a very reasonable cost. I live in Cincinnati and will absolutely make the drive again to see him when needed. Would recommend him to anyone for hearing related needs. Thank you Dr. Smith!!
