Well, with the sheer number of negative reviews one is able to deduce that there aren't many, if any bogus reviews. If there are any bogus reviews it would have to be the scant few 'positive' reviews. It would seem that over-charging for non-existent shipping claims would be on par for this company. This company advertises "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" but doesn't even ship the product out for several days after you order it. I was charged over $ 53. for overnight shipping, ordered on a Wednesday and received the knee brace the following Monday late afternoon. When asked to credit the shipping overcharge they basically ignored the request and said read the fine print. So they know they can't deliver quick shipping but take your money anyway. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before purchasing from this company. This place is a scam and not a real company. There is no one working or responding to emails or phones except for 1 person named Travis H. The order was missing items and they sent the wrong sizes. I sent an item back to them for a refund and now they have stolen the merchandise - never issued a refund or called / emailed me back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I returned an item, they never refunded me and they stopped communicating all together. Horrible customer service and business practice.
