This business and owner are not honest, period. I bought a chain from him recently and it was thinner then i wanted, so I asked to upgrade it to the thicker chain of the exact type a few weeks later which they offer on the website... I spent weeks on WhatsApp texting him back and forth asking him what the cost would be to upgrade, and his response was "send me the chain" or "I'll sell you the thicker one for cost"... I can say after dealing with so icy that they are dishonest people, I would not trust them to sell me a polishing cloth!
They sold me a 10k chain and pendant for the price of 14k. I was unaware that the connecting piece would be 14k and the rest of my rope chain and pendant would be 10k. I even emailed and they didn’t respond. Take this information and do as you please. I’m not buying from them never again 👎🏾

Too expensive for the quality of jewelry. I contacted them over the phone and the guy tells me, "our chains don't break that easy." I had purchased a 30in. 4mm moon cut ball chain which broke and they told me all they could do is fix it at the length which remained which is a lot shorter than 30in. now. Once I saw how thin the chain was under the moon cut balls I couldn't believe they charged over $800 for that. You're better off shopping for jewelry in person rather than online.
