This business and owner are not honest, period. I bought a chain from him recently and it was thinner then i wanted, so I asked to upgrade it to the thicker chain of the exact type a few weeks later which they offer on the website... I spent weeks on WhatsApp texting him back and forth asking him what the cost would be to upgrade, and his response was "send me the chain" or "I'll sell you the thicker one for cost"...
