Terrible customer service. After contacting Groupon due to not being able to schedule an appointment, I was referred to the corporate number. They scheduled me at the North Providence location on a Sunday morning. I was told by the manager this morning that they don't do details on Sunday. I was upset and he proceeded to lecture me about how I had a bad attitude.This is customer service to these people? I would never recommend this place to anyone. WE BROUGHT 2 CARS ON SUNDAY MORNING, 09JUL17. WE WERE POLITELY MET AND GREETED. THE CARS WERE WASHED AND CLEANED AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY WITHIN 30 - 35 MINUTES FROM ARRIVAL AT THE BUSINESS. GREAT JOB, GREAT SERVICE AND DEFINATELY WILL BE RETURN CUSTOMERS. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! *****+++++
Good luck getting someone on the phone that sounds even remotely like they want to help you. I was given a Groupon for full detail for mothers day and still have not been able to get an appointment. I was told today to "do what you gotta do" by the manager when I told him I was calling for a refund. Groupon should not do business with so fresh so clean.
worst customer service of all time.i have sent e-mails for schedule dates on home detail that were only answered once with a promised date that was NOT kept.this business has no concious and i cannot understand the reason they are still in business. they are by far the very worst of the worst.they totally suck big time.
Don't buy. They don't about customers. Bunch of hoodlums with lots of attitude.

Worst car wash EVA...biggest waste of $25.00. Washed my windows with rag they used to wipe my outside of my vehicle. They didn't vacuum it either. Had to go back and they still did a shitty job. The employees were shady also.
This is the worse place by far for detailing. Please do not waste your time or money. They charge 160. For full detail. Upon picking my car up I saw the cracks in seats were still full of crumbs, there was stuff on the carpets, the inside doors and dash were all spotty, the front windshield inside was all streaked, they never waxed and buffed the roof of the car and if this wasn't bad enough they stole all the change out of my car too.
Worst customer service I have ever received and all I tolerated was a phone call never even took my car. The guy I spoke to was so rude to me on the phone... assumed I had bought a groupon and acted like my business didn't matter. Then when I set the appointment I said thank you and he hung up on me ... no good bye no nothing. I took my car to triple play car wash in Attleboro instead amazing people there.
