My husband and I found mold in our house. This was our first time dealing with something like this. We didn’t know what to do, so we called so-co water damage. Travis was very nice and told me what we needed to do. He also came out to the house to look at our clean up and advise us if anything else needed to be done. We had a sewer back-up at our Airbnb, in the winter, after sunset, on a weekend, with guest occupying, and an hour away from Travis. He answered his phone and said he’s on a job and that he’d be done in about an hour and then can drive to that location at night and save the day for myself and my guest. This is old-fashioned top drawer service - If I could give him seven stars, I would! Paul K.

Travis and his crew showed up within the hour and placed dryers and dehumidifiers around the house. From then on they showed up when they said they would and performed quality work. They handled all the reporting and reporting with my insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in their service area.
