WORST place to buy a car, do not waste your time in this place, they take forever to send you your registration,plates, tittle. The owner is so unprofessional, doesn’t return your call. You have to constantly call him otherwise he won’t process your paperwork. I do not know how this place still in business. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Great place to get a car. I love my car and will certainly refer others.
Purchases 2 vehicles over the past 2 years, variety of cars and somewhat smooth paperwork process.
Bought a car in August and it’s June and still no title, DO NOT EVER buy a car from here and don’t even get me started on the fees, they’ve changed their name twice on instagram and are now going under “Ontario Towing & Auto Auctions” and having a grand opening even though it’s the same business at the same location on June 27th. Customer service is awful as well, they kept telling me they’ll call me back every time I call them because they’re conveniently busy every time I call and never hear back from them ever.
