This place is not good place to get cars because me and my husband bought 2 cars from them and to tell you the truth they are both junk then on top of it they gave you paper plates, which is all good until they expire and they still don’t send you your plates and registration when they’re supposed to. They really lag on taking care of the DMV for you.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I bought a car from SoCal Auto Auction in December and it is now months later and I STILL have not received the title. I have called and texted over and over and they completely ignore me. No responses, no help, nothing. Because they refuse to do their job and provide the title, I can’t properly register the vehicle and I’ve already been pulled over multiple times because of it.
