Staff at front desk never call back in a timely manner, nor are they at the desk when you call them back. Doctor is consistently late to sessions. Unprofessional and frustrating to schedule appointments. Wouldn’t recommend.
Dr Chelsea is one of the best, ever. She has a true gift in helping others. She has and continues to help guide me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Saying thank you just does not seem adequate. I am grateful that I have her in my corner. I appreciate her beyond what any words could express.
Do not do business with Sanjoy. Or if you do please take payment in advance. He does not pay his vendors.
I enjoy working with Dr Sathpathy, however, dealing with his office staff has encouraged me to seek a new provider. I have been trying to get in contact with him for a week and every time I call his receptionist either answers and says she will send a message to the Dr or the call goes unanswered. On Monday I explained my issues to the receptionist and my request to speak with the doctor and she said she or the Dr would call me back that day. However, no one I did. We are very happy with doctor Sanjoy Sathpathy and his staff. When I was dealing with some insurance issues the staff was there to help me. I also like that they have a late afternoon appointment that fits our schedule . I would highly recommend to all my friends and family . Thank you !
