Mediocore – I wasn't too happy with the customer service. I like dealing with people that are super passionate about their job. They didn't seem to have that drive that I love. They were knowledgeable enough though. I still didn't sell my gold to them. I went to a place around the corner and got more money than what they offered.
Friendly, Reliable & Honest Gold Guys – I came across So Cal Gold Company one day while on my lunch. I went in and spoke with someone regarding my old gold jewelry. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me to bring in my gold and he would take a look at what I had and tell me how much I would get.
