This is a long awaited review from a very unpleasant experience with SoCal Flood. Our rental property was impacted by a neighbor’s water leak. At the time of the incident, I was coerced and manipulated by SoCal. I was recovering from a recent surgery and was heavily medicated. My tenant and neighbor called to report the issue and I told her I will be reporting it to my insurance, however, a representative from SoCal came on the phone and insisted that I go there immediately to see the damages. We had a great experience with So Cal Flood Co. during remediation of a pipe leak in a wall of our home. Fred was easy to work with, consistently delivered as promised, always promptly responded to our emails/calls and completed the job quickly. His crews were respectful and did good quality work. Highly recommend.

We had a small amount of flood damages from our negligent landlord and not replacing a 19 yr old water heater. Eddie was nothing but a nightmare. Like a snake oil salesman. Fast talking, had his own agenda, told us what to do and it has been very unprofessional and a 3 ring circus ever since. We are now 30 days in and still not completed.
