I thought long and hard before writing this review because I truly never want to put a damper on someone’s business. I understand that life happens, and I always try to be patient and understanding. I would give it zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment with Sosun and I showed up on time just to be stood up at a locked loft and a text message after my appointment time that it has been cancelled. She did not bother to let me know so that I would not take time off work and waste my time. Mind you that she did not answer any of my call or texts. This is unbelievably unprofessional. do not waste your time.

I booked an appointment for brow tint service two weeks ago. Upon arrival, I was told by Sosun (owner) that she does not wax or thread brows. She only provides tint service for $30. This should have been listed on her site. After getting my eyebrows waxed, I stopped by her suite per our conversation and she had left for the evening. I tried to reschedule online and my appointment was cancelled. Later, I received a text from the owner saying she was working her other job and forgot to update her books. Had such a great experience. The lash tech was very detailed oriented and took her time with my lashes. The style she suggested really complimented the natural shape of my eyes. So impressed with her professionalism and skill. Can’t wait to go back for brow tinting!
