poor reaction to customer concerns voiced on your page. very disappointing.
There’s not a lot of places in Clovis to get things dry cleaned so I took my wedding dress into be cleaned at the establishment. I walked in the door and noticed a young woman sitting on her phone and so I approached the counter and hung my dress. Then I stood there. I stood there within her sight for about a minute without being greeted our acknowledged, so I left. The door rings when you come in and out so I was baffled to just be ignored- not even a just a minute. Would rather take my dress elsewhere like Sparkle Cleaners... read more
