Very unprofessional service. The realtors are very sarcastic and incompetent. They showed me a house that was infested with roaches. She didn’t know anything about the homes until looking it up on the website upon arrival. Most of the homes they have to offer are pretty crappy. The process is longer than it needs to be. Would NEVER recommend!
I called with a few questions about a property and from the beginning to the end of the call the conversation was wildly unprofessional, and the employee was incredibly condescending and rude. I came in with kindness and ended with kindness, but I most definitely will not be renting from this company. Maybe I just work in a more professional setting than these folks so my standards are higher, who knows, but working with people like this isn’t worth your time and money. Snyder and Snyder has been a pleasure to rent from. Anytime the apartment or property has had an issue, they have always been very prompt to address it. Great customer service and awesome maintenance team
