Best property management I have ever had. Alex worked his butt off to get me into an apartment very quickly! Walkthrough of apartment before obtaining it was very thorough! They took the time to explain all the contents of my lease. They answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. If I had any issues, they had maintenance come fix it immediately. Very grateful for them! I haven’t been in my apartment for very long but I already love living here & appreciate what they have done for me!
Terrible to work with and response time. Nothing got fixed in my house in a timely manner. They rented us a house out with a rotted bathroom floor and a mold. Would look for more of an established agency.
Alex was awesome, from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and I absolutely love my new house.
A place where moral and Profesional practices are held to the lowest degree. Would not recommend at all to anyone as they ignore serious harassments steming from their own employees. A complete disregard to own tenants issues and met with a stern shoulder shrug suggesting that if you don't feel safe, you should find another place to live. Disgusting behavior that resulted in no termination of said employee and no interest in resolving the situation at all.
