I have to say I absolutely love this septic tank service. I had an issue with my septic the night before and called another septic company. They told me that they would be at my house at 8:30 in the morning. This did not happen. I called Snyder Septic and Caroline found a way to work me in the same day even though they had a very full schedule (literally). I was concerned about my problem with my septic system so close to having sewers installed, they promissed to come out and work with me, they exceded my expectation, Bruce was very knowligable and got my system working at a very fair price,I would highly recommend to family or friends.

I have had so many bad experiences with septic companies but when I spoke with Caroline I knew I called the right place. The price was better than most and the gentleman who came to my house went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. When the city has completed the sewer project I will no doubt call Snyder Septic.

Called them out because their price seemed to be competitive to others by approx $50. 2 days after I noticed that the water was gushing from the sprinkler line, Not the sprinkler head) where the guy was digging. Called them to express my concern to which an incredibly rude and condescending female on the phone informed me that its not their problem and told me that I must have damaged the line myself....
