It's truly sad to say, but in today's world there really aren't many companies and individuals around that understand customer service. Richard and Larry Snyder are the exception and simply 'get it'. I understand the septic and sewer industry isn't exactly glamorous, and I wouldn't have expected to meet such friendly, knowledgable, and courteous folks, but was proven wrong.
