I called to make an appointment and the lady who answer told me:"How can I help you to make an appointment if you don't tell me your name!",It sound not only impolite but also unprofessional because they're supposed to ask all of this,and the patient answers when they are asking this information, she told me that without asking me any question,when I told the patient name she transfers me to somebody and they told me they were not taking new patients🤷♀️.So be careful don't let this bitter lady spoils your day,your mental h... read more
