Just sold our house in Fairfield with Dawn Gitman. We have sold many houses and used many realtors and Dawn was by far the best! She was responsive, accommodating to our needs, she listened and gave thoughtful and useful feedback. Sometimes it wasn't what we wanted to hear but it was always in the interest in selling our home. She is a hard worker and presents all opportunities professionally. We highly recommend her. We sold our house in a few weeks and the entire transaction was painless with Dawn!
I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah Pritchard for a few years. I worked with her to list my condo for rental for several years and most recently she helped me to sell the property.
