Awesome experience! Went in today after driving through their lot the day before. My son had seen an Audi on their lot that he fell in love with (for looks, of course). When I stopped by today, it was parked up front so I was worried it was already sold, but it wasn't (whew!). When I went in, Johnny Moore welcomed me in with a warm smile on his face and a truly genuine attitude. After searching high and low for a quality pre-owned truck, at a reasonable price, this place ROCKED IT. We owe Snyder a review for a ProMaster van purchased a couple of years ago. It has served our company very well with no mechanical issues (which I understand are common in these vehicles). I'm almost 16 years old and my parents took me shopping for my first car starting in June. I felt really overwhelmed at the different dealerships. There was a lot of waiting around being bored and getting hungry. Also, I was weirded out that the sales people didn't know anything about the cars they were selling, like what kind of engine it had. Our experience buying a vehicle through here was awesome and our salesman was great working with us through his closing time getting us the vehicle, all the information and questions answered and getting us set up with gap insurance and ensuring quality and timely car maintenance from the service team, I would work with him again.
