Awesome experience! Went in today after driving through their lot the day before. My son had seen an Audi on their lot that he fell in love with (for looks, of course). When I stopped by today, it was parked up front so I was worried it was already sold, but it wasn't (whew!). When I went in, Johnny Moore welcomed me in with a warm smile on his face and a truly genuine attitude. We owe Snyder a review for a ProMaster van purchased a couple of years ago. It has served our company very well with no mechanical issues (which I understand are common in these vehicles). I'm almost 16 years old and my parents took me shopping for my first car starting in June. I felt really overwhelmed at the different dealerships. There was a lot of waiting around being bored and getting hungry. Also, I was weirded out that the sales people didn't know anything about the cars they were selling, like what kind of engine it had. After searching high and low for a quality pre-owned truck, at a reasonable price, this place ROCKED IT. The dedicated staff member John Moore made the purchasing process extremely easy and was an absolute joy to work with. Stress free purchase? Never heard of it, until here with John. My son and I both bought vehicles with multiple problems .. They are knowingly and willing selling vehicles with multiple and major problems ! Definitely their shop It just not just stem from an auxiliary battery....... we have already put 500.00 more into it after discovering more problems (Thankfully as you mentionedmy husbandis a mechanicor it would be alot more )...
