I've see Dr Hopkins and Stephanie for over 4 years now and they've always been so accommodating, thorough, and even figured out that I had Fibromyalgia when no other Doctors could resolve my pain issues. Thank you for taking such great care of our family. They are an excellent Practice!
My husband booked appointment with Dr Rhonda Hopkins for my high blood pressure and other issues. When i reached office to be precise in the examination room I was told Stephanie the nurse practitioner will see me shortly. When i asked that this appointment is with Dr Rhonda I was told dr only sees the patient when the nurse practitioner sees and recommends them to doc. This was surpise, it looked spurious. If I could give more stars, I would! I absolutely love Dr. Hopkins. She and her staff always make me feel like they truly care about my health and the health of my family. She treats her patients with care and respect. Thank you, Dr. Hopkins and your wonderful staff!
I wanted so badly to love this doctor. I even knew I had the perfect choice when I found out she went to Texas Tech. But with all due honesty I called multiple times and left messages and none of them were ever returned. One day I called about 10 minutes before the office closed and I overheard the lady actually say "just hang it up we are almost closed." That heated me so bad.
