I've been using Snyder-Green for over a decade. At first, I would shop pricing from all of the local oil providers and SG would win every time. Tammy suggested I join their "KeepFull" program to enjoy even better pricing and piece of mind that I will never run out of oil. I joined and haven't look back since. It's been a good relationship and I highly recommend trusting them with your oil needs!
Being first time customers with Snyder-Green, we were 100% satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism. From the initial call to inquire about heating oil prices (which was the lowest in the area), to delivery scheduling and the actual delivery. Tammy and Eddie were exceptional in educating us on the types of oil and provided us with information on their “Summer Tune Up Specials”, which are very reasonably priced. It is disrespectful to customers and their neighbors to make deliveries at 5:30 in the morning. Loud truck, back up alarm beeps, pumping noises, headlamps and flashlights waving around while people are trying to sleep.
Just ran out of oil...no other company was able to come out on sat. You guys saved our cold bones!! Thank you for being so prompt
