My visit transpired exactly as planned.
I arrived ahead of time for an appointment I had to reschedule. Greeted promptly and courteously by counter staff then directed to waiting area. It was 45 minute wait to be called and a retina scan performed. I was then seated in exam room. Dr Schneider came in for @ 10 minutes and we discussed the past problem I encountered. Had a great experience with Dr Snyder and Samantha today! Both friendly and good at what they do. Also, a hello from Michelle who works in the office. Love the friendly attitude of the staff!
After my first cataract surgery, my right eye had an inflammation in the optic nerve, causing impaired vision. Doctor Snyder explained this happens 1 out of 100 cataract surgeries and not to be alarmed, prescribing eye drops that eliminated the issue.
Everything was handled quickly and efficiently and my questions were answered.
