Didn't buy the vehicle, but not because of the dealer. Holding off for now. Not 5 stars because my credit report was hit 6x by their various lenders. The dealer knows who will give the best rate for an 802 credit score without having to ask 6 places! Also their final rate was higher than my credit union if I self financed. Wife and I have 29 combined years experience in car dealers before changing careers. We know how it works,
Car is in good condition but based off what it is worth they want 6000 more then what it's worth regardless of miles, refused to move on price, i seen some very familiar for 3000 less. They wanted 5000 down at 5% apr and I have a 805 credit score so good luck selling.
Very good conversation with Terry over the phone. Good follow-up as he emailed to let me know one of the two vehicles i was interested in seeing had been snatched-up.
I personally feel this dealership to be fair and honest
Great deal, drove 2 hours and was pleasantly surprised to get the deal they promised, unlike other dealers that always say one thing and everything changes once you sit down and sign the papers
Snyder called and offered me an additional option on top of my choice. Ended up going a different way but not because Snyder wasn't game. Thanks Snyder, good group.
Purchased vehicle
The sales team were very helpful and nice! I went in there and drove my car off the lot that day! Tim K was super nice and very knowledgable! 5 stars plus some!!!!
Snyder responded quickly and the people there were a pleasure to deal with. I drove my new truck home.
