I Had a Great Experience purchasing my 2026 Traverse Z71. I fell in love instantly, but took my time to decide if I wanted new or used. It was a no pressure sale, which is refreshing as I had other dealerships non stop calling me. Adam Fausey was super helpful and patient with me. Especially with all the new technology on these vehicles today. He walked me through a lot of that. I can’t stop smiling every time I look at my new Ride!
I travel across this country for work and dealing with many different people in many different situations. If they had a gold star for rude I would definitely give this shop one. I was treated like I was a inconvenience from the time I pulled up to the service entrance the man I dealt with was not only rude but condisending and dismissive as well.
