I was extremely unimpressed by the quality of work from Snyder Associates. In addition to creating a appraisal package which was 90% fluff volume (non-specific information relating to our property of no pertinence to our council or the IRS), he missed multiple comps and made several indefensible assumptions regarding the valuation of the property. His inspection of the property was less than 20 minutes, he missed several key elements of our local zoning impacting the value, and presented his work as final without our review.... read more
