I've had Dr Snyder as a PCP for 3 yrs now. I've never even seen her. I always get sent to her Nurse practitioners. Even gettin ga response to a question online can take days. Looking for a new PCP now.
My appointment was at 3:30pm and I didn’t get seen until 5pm. Then I went back and told her I had an ear ache/ ear infection and then she told me it was just acid reflex. I’ve been dealing with this health issue for 24yrs and she’s acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then I went to a different doctor and well they told me she was wrong and well I was right!
My experience has been a painfull one. Sever pain ignored, twice they lied to me said they would do something and didnt. I think they like money more than people.
Dr. Snyder has been my primary at the Snyder and Hopkins office for 2 years. She has helped me with depression and she's very caring. However, her office never seems to get my meds right. I've asked multiple times to lower my dosage because of how it physically affects me. They lowered it for a couple months, then when I went back in, they prescribed the higher dosage again without consulting me and acted like they had no idea that I've asked them to change it during multiple visits. I called to request an appointment for my 11 year old child today. This is the transcript of the conversation, the audio to which is recorded on my phone. When I asked for an appointment I was told: because she is a new patient and she is sick they cannot see her. Because she is sick she would have to be an in car visit and they WOULD HAVE TO DO A BUNCH OF PAPERWORK and THAT WOULD BE CROSS CONTAMINATION and we don't have another new patient appointment for another couple of weeks. Was fine at first. The portal doesn’t work it totally BS. If you have questions good luck on talking to a person. If you do they say send a message on your portal witch doesn’t work. I have tried for over a week to talk with someone about refilling my medicine. Once again no response. I would not recommend this Doctor.
Dr. Snyder and her staff are the BEST! Even McKinneyOnline.com says so...check it out. They really are the BEST in McKinney.
