We came for dinner for the second time on Saturday, November 22, 2025 but we were a little disappointed this time! they do offer Moretti’s pizza which was a pleasant and wonderful surprise! Our waitress was very attentive and great to our family. We even saw an employee we knew from another former McHenry restaurant that closed down and that really brought a sense of community. We ordered cheeseburger, and fish & chips; food was good and so was the service; favorable atmosphere as well.. prices were a bit High, but not too much!
Way over priced!!! $28 for a medium pizza, what a joke!!!
Overall a great experience, the pizza could be better but the drink was amazing and right next to the river. Couldn’t be any better for an atmosphere.
Used to come here often. Was looking forward to their broasted chicken. Ordered a $4 happy hour beer. The check was $4.50 + tax (no one charges tax on drinks at a bar) plus a 3% surcharge????? $5.00 total for a $4 beer.The check says they will remove the surcharge if you ask them to. To the management, why not simplify things and beat people up in the parking lot and steal their wallet? Stealing money from your customers is a horrible way to do business. Won't do business with someone I can't trust.
