Things are shaping up and looking good. Replacing the bad board's at the slip area, very clean. Plenty of space for the restaurant and boats that are local. The Marina service shop is good for the season.
Great place to dock your boat
Given my experience at Snug Harbor on Route 9, I would not purchase a boat from there nor ever pay them for anything ahead of time again. I travelled there from Canada to be picked up by friends who were sailing on Lake Champlain. Tom from Snug Harbor asked me to pay ahead a port charge of $10 for the pick-up and $5/day for parking.
