Owner denied service dog even patio access, even after being informed of ADA protections and the illegality of this action. Employees cared, so they did nothing wrong and should not be criticized for this. But the owner wouldn't have it. I recommend doing some rudimentary research on service animal access rights before someone sues you and you get fined (or potentially even shut down if there are repeat violations of the ADA, as that is a possibility). The most diverse group of customers available. I've met rescue squirrels one night and another had a conversation with the only other person on earth who listened to Eazy-E and Nine Inch Nails. Snug is the place to find adventure.
