As has been mentioned here, the people running the SNUG COTTAGE seem very nice which makes me hesitate to share our experience. But for us Snug Cottage was a little too snug (micro tiny room called The Windsor Room), a little too expensive ($400 including tax), a little too noisey (we were right on the street and kept getting awakened either by cars or people moving around in the room above us. One of the best inns I’ve ever stayed at! The owner/host is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He truly made us feel like we were at home from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of cute cafés and great restaurants nearby. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. The free parking at the inn was also a huge plus, especially since parking in town can be quite expensive. I reviewed Snug Cottage in 2025 (below), and we came back again in 2026. Each time we're here, we love Snug Cottage even more. Not sure how they do it, but Gary, Jared and Docus managed to outdo themselves with their hospitality, care and special touches. Thank you for another wonderful stay. See you again soon. Wow where to begin? This is the cutest and best spot to stay in Ptown. The rooms are varying, some smaller and others huge but both of ours had super comfortable beds. The breakfast is full of probiotics with yogurt and kombucha. Appreciated the good coffee and filtered water instead of tap. The garden is so lovely to sit and relax. I was able to get lots of work done as it’s very quiet as well. My husband and I stayed in Ptown in early August and we are so glad we chose this place. We felt taken care of, it gives you that perfect coastal inn feeling, and the location is amazing. Away from the bustle but within a 4 minute walk you're in the galleries, restaurants and bars. We stayed for a full week, the room was serviced any morning we asked with our sign and they remembered the little things. Jared and Gary were a delight. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back :)
