Stay away! These guys are either terribly incompetent or crooks. Delay after delay and delay with excuse after excuse. Waiting over a month for an order that was 'in stock' on their website when I placed it. Two week delay but your next, followed by another two week delay followed by another two week delay. Finally gave up and cancelled the order. We will see if they credit me back or I'll have to go the chargeback route. Beware!
Purchased a very specific Intel Industrial Rugged NUC from Simply NUC. The process was very pleasant and informative. My unit was delivered as anticipated and works flawlessly. I would recommend Simply NUC to anyone I know!
Website allows orders to be placed for items which are knowingly out of stock. These are not cheap PC's, so to charge a customers CC when you know an item is out of stock is poor customer service. Failed to provide email confirmation of initial order.
