Have been seeing Clay Gonsalves for preparatory rehab before my hip replacement. This isn't the first clinic I went to but had 0 progress elsewhere so I decided to try Strength-N-U and I'm so glad I did. Clay is incredibly knowledgeable and has given me back mobility I never expected to achieve before my surgery. My hip has now been replaced and I'm excited to go see Clay for my post surgery rehab. My surgeon wants Clay to create my entire rehab plan because I trust him so much. I can't recommend Clay and Strength-N-U enough... read more
Very inviting and staff was ver friendly
After attending this gym for the last 5 months, I've noticed improvements in my strength and endurance. I've been a member at many gyms and programs in the past, what's different about Strength NU, is the sense of community, and the trainers commitment to your goals. They have helped me navigate my chronic neck pain, helping me to reduce tension, and lift without the risk of injuring myself.
