SNS lunch menu consists of all dry rubbed BBQ, cooked slow and low in our custom built smoker. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, rib tips, chicken, hot links, pork belly, turkey and pastrami.

Since there is no option for “I could not even try it” the three stars will have to do. Went there last night. Arrived at 5:45. Was told diner now closes at 6 pm. This was a shock and a significant inconvenience as both the coupon I brought with me and this FB page list the diner hours with a 7 pm close � To make matters worse I had invited family to join me. I had the brisket tacos, they were awesome.... nice waitress, clean place, the cooks wore awesome too.
Absolutely positively delicious! Got some for a party I was hosting and everyone raved and couldn't stop talking about how good it was! Which is exactly what I was doing when I first had it at a party last month!

I can't believe this little hole in the wall has been around for a few years and we didn't know about it! And at a truck stop!! Las Vegas has such mediocre barbecue (we're from North Carolina and Virginia) that we almost gave up hope. Then we found this place! Oh my goodness! So good that tears rolled down my cheeks... And be sure you try their cobbler. We'll definitely be back... good barbecue is hard to find. We are thrilled we found a great place for it!
Stopped in for lunch with friends today. First thing, we saw a fellow loading the smokehouse firebox with red oak and caught a whiff of barbecue! All the food was exceptional! Ribs were meaty and tender, brisket was scrumptious, pulled pork was very good and the chicken wings were the best I've had! Go there if you get to Las Vegas!
