Property owners beware of a law firm that represents both landlords and tenants. It's a big conflict of interest! I realized that SNS Law Group takes both cases from property owners like evictions, but also does tenant habitability cases as well. If I had known this, I would have never hired them. Be careful with contacting this firm. Not only will they say they can't help you, but your email will be in their system and you will get spammed daily, if not weekly with emails regarding landlords, not how to help tenants, just landlord rights. Be careful!!
I regret hiring this firm. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal filled with delays, broken commitments, and minimal communication. They repeatedly overpromised results they couldn’t deliver and provided subpar service throughout. I would not recommend them —save yourself the headache and go with a different firm.
