Had a concern with light bursts. I was in within an hour. Very grateful for swift diagnosis and the sincere concern of Dr Poteet.
They are the best in town. I have never had any issues with them. They are very knowledgeable and nice. I was running late for my appointment and even though I was running late they still fit me in.
They have great eye care specialist and I really like my optometrist, he's really down to earth and tells you what you need, and more so what you don't need. My eyes did not change and so my glasses were just fine and I didn't need to spend money on a new prescription or frames. That is a good when on a fixed income.
These snakes decided it'd be a good idea to not let us know they don't accept our insurance anymore (BCBS) and then slap us with a $250 bill. We'll be taking our business elsewhere! Completely unprofessional!
I cannot Express the amount of gratefulness I have with this clinic. Especially Dr. Aldrich! She is so fabulous with myself, and with my little girl who is not even 2 yet. We've visited her twice now for Lyla and both visits have be wonderful. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to contact her for your optical needs. Hands down the best I've been to!! They worked with me endless hours to figure out contacts that would work for my picky eyes, and honestly lyla always leaves with a smile and is such a good patient for Dr.... read more
