Great Service, Friendly Staff
The best dealership to buy from. I had emailed them to ask about some details on a 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi Crew Cab Big Horn. They responded fairly promptly. I then drove over from Cheyenne on Saturday to check it and test drive it. Ultimately I decided to buy it. The entire process was straightforward and done in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend Johnson Auto for quality used vehicles.
I had a very disappointing experience with Adrian. From the beginning, his communication skills were extremely poor. His customer service skills were just as lacking. He seemed impatient and uninterested, and at times came across as dismissive. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would not recommend working with this salesman unless significant improvements are made in communication, attentiveness, and overall customer service approach.
