I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Johnson Auto of Laramie. I have called six different times with questions about my loan. I’ve left voicemails and messages with multiple employees, and I still have not received a single call back. After purchasing a vehicle from them, I don’t think expecting basic communication and follow-up is asking too much.
