I recently purchased a half gallon carton of heavy whipping cream and it is fantastic. Tastes great and whips easily. The packaging contains lots of info and has a butter making recipe on the carton.

Great milk. Cream makes wonderful whipped cream, and the creme fraiche is addictive.
Thank you, Snowville for working so diligently, as you always have, to provide the consumer with the best possible milk. I don't know of any other industry where a three year lead-time to implement change would be considered unreasonable, under any circumstances. Keep up the good work.
