My daughter gave me a car for my birthday and the security system needed to be replaced. I took my car to Snows and spoke to Michael. He asked what I was looking for in a system and I told him the basics. I am not very educated when it comes to these systems but was very impressed with my final purchase. Stay away from this place! We had to have our dvd installed 5 times over a period of 6 months and it still isn't right. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
The good reviews must be written by the arrogant employees. I will never patronize this business again. I believe they make the majority of their money by preying on young, inexperienced kids. The service is half-ass and never completed on time.
BUYER BEWARE, or just run now. Honestly, I would give a zero and wish I would have read the reviews before I took my girlfriend's brand new impreza here for tinting. I made an appointment for 11 am and was there on time. I was told 2-4 hours and it would be done. I was even shopping around for a sound system and tinting for my car. At 230 they called my girlfriend to tell her that they hadnt even brought her car into the shop to start! I called and asked what the problem was. Got it done – The service manager, Nino, cheerfully and efficiently got our problem stereo replaced. Quick and courteous. Good work at this shop.
