We feel in love with shave ice in Oahu. Excited to see this place close to our house!!! The one common thread that shave ice places have is that they all run on island time... it's going to take awhile.
Shaved ice (Good) Customer Service not so much I suggest a new staff? Or attitude adjustment I'm very friendly I came here to try it out I might go back if I'm in the area but its not a place ill talk to friends with or recommend I was happy when I visited I had a huge smile on my face and the girl at register wiped it off she didn't even greet me¿ the workers looked lazy, and uncooperative I'm sorry I hate to say it, I live in l.a so I have my experience of going too many New joints and this is not at my go to list.
Love it here. I think its a great place to have in the community, great customer service and smoothies and shaved ice are delish....

Although the shave ice was good, the customer service and organization needs work. We waited forever to get our order, not even an acknowledgement that it was on its way. The skinny guy with the tattoo need to get off his cell phone, especially when there's customers waiting for their orders to be taken and picked up. And if he's the manager, that place really needs help.
Great place with a cool vibe and reasonable priced. They accommodated our party of 8 with friendly service and made sure we were happy. Will go back again and telling all my mommy/PTA friends about them.
