This is the slowest service I have ever experience. Why does it take over an hour for shaved ice? Manager and employees are confused. The manager has no clue what's going on. Keeps telling customers it's a 30 minute wait which is a lie. They give free snow cone cards when their service is bad. Why in the hell would I come back? Not enough seating. Place is small.
