It's an older buidling, shows it's age with the wear and tear. The ease of ski in and out was worth it. Food served was hot and pretty good; unlimited hot cocoa and coffee. Fresh OJ was outstanding. My only complaint was the human depression on one side of the mattress.

We stayed here for one day and had to leave due to personal reasons, Ken (General Manager) was the best, he went above and beyond and refunded the remaining couple of days worth charge. The entire staff were very helpful and Ken was amazing.
If you want the hotel that keeps on giving, stay here! My family came home with bed bugs courtesy of Mountain Chalet Snowmass and now we have to disinfect our home. We originally suspected bed bugs when we noticed bites on our bodies, so we brought it to the attention of the staff. Nothing was done about it and was told "we never had that problem here before."
