Could use a little updating. But great food and customer service! Beds are comfortable. Quiet.
I loved this place. Beds were top notch. Location was amazing. Every single staff member was positive and well mannered. The food was amazing and all you could eat with table service. I skied right up to the dining room and popped out to get back on the lift. I prefer places that are older as I like the energy in them. Outstanding experience. This location is IDEAL. I only had to walk about 75 feet to put my skis on and go! The rooms were clean and did the job. Front desk was lovely. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a daily rotating menu of hot food that was cooked to order, in addition to freshly squeezed OJ, cereals, and breads! (Typically free breakfast means unripe bananas and stale muffins). Worth the price and will absolutely stay again! Thank you to all the staff.
Location Location Location!!! Truly enjoyed my visit because of the location convenience of Mountain Chalet. Ski in ski out, bars, restaurants, shops, shuttles, and more! Breakfast each morning felt like a home cooked meal and was delicious. Three-o’clock fresh cookies each day were so good an alarm was set to not miss out. The main reason I would hands down return….. the SERVICE! From the front desk to the 2nd floor servers each morning, to the shuttle driver…. Two thumbs up.
Ficamos no quarto 115. Este realmente com conceito ski-in e ski-out. Sem escadas e nem precisar caminhar mais que 2m para estar na neve. O quarto é aconchegante e silencioso. A estrela maior de tudo no hotel foi a cheff Catalina. A comida que a Catalina faz, além de ser muito gostosa é bem aconchegante. A Catalina é bastante atenciosa e muito simpática!
