I actually give a 4.5 in rating. We ordered 10 pallets of sod and had them deliver. We had good sod in about 5 pallets, and really thin that we had to roll on a few, but we had two pallets (one of which we couldn't even use) that were twisted up and looked like leftover scraps. BUT, we called in and Sue is very polite and professional!! We ended up with new replacement pallets same day in order to get the job done! I would give no stars if I could. I picked this place over Bell’s because they deliver and the price was right. I bought 3 pallets of centipede grass in the Spring of 2020. The sod was horribly cut and slightly dried out. There was a lot of breakage and kinda clumped together on the pallet. I have a well on my property so watering is not a big deal. I watered my grass everyday and it took a while for the sod to take. I even fertilizer about 6 weeks after laying the sod to help it out a bit. Now 6 months later, the sod is of ... read more
