AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We took our dog Rue here for a tail amputation due to happy tail. My issues were: 1. When they gave her back to us her tail was bleeding all over the floors and walls of the vet. It was not bandaged at all and I had to practically beg the surgeon to wrap the bleeding tail. The receptionist even had to say “they have a long drive home” to convince someone to wrap it. It was crazy to me that they would send her off bleeding and not bandaged. 2. If I could give a lower review score, I would. This past Friday (3/25/22) we brought in our 20 year old cat to be groomed. The service we received was unprofessional, entirely unacceptable and quite frankly disturbing. I picked up the cat on behalf of my girlfriend and what we discovered once I brought her home was shocking. Snowflake pet center was our saving grace! Our dog became ill with kennel cough while we were away on vacation At Dogtopia of Milford.. Dogtopia refused to stay with our dog as they stated that they were unable to keep him. Snowflake pet center was able to pick up our dog at Dogtopia right away and were able to give him the proper accommodations and care that he required. Great compassionate to our pets
I am relocating to this area and have been reviewing area boarding/veterinary facilities, I have learned of a disturbing lack of security and a pet confirmed stolen while under this facilities care. Numerious other complaints of poor vet care and substandard services as well. Decided this facility is not one I would choose to care for my pets. Passing it along.

Today is 64 days that Doc mysteriously vanished from SNOWFLAKE PET CENTER/veterinary hospital and boarding. How any veterinary hospital manages to LOSE a patient, looks for a few days and then tells me he will call his insurance company, not showing an ounce of compassion. He became nasty with me when his irresponsible business get negative attention, then stopped looking after a few days because he didn’t want SNOWFLAKE PET CENTER looked upon negatively.
