A disappointment Looking to give the kids a thrill during a recent Park City stay, we read some favorable online reviews of this outfit, and decided to reserve the sleigh ride only. You get a $5 discount if you pay in cash, so the ride itself will set you back $15 plus an expected tip for the teamster. Our teamster was friendly, an old ranch hand I think, and answered our questions, though he didn't have much to say about the horses or the ride. The biggest disappointment is the route: you start at the bottom of Payday lift ... read more
Wonderful Experience - A must do while in Park City The Snowed Inn Sleigh Ride and Dinner is a wonderful experience. You get picked up right at the Pay Day Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. The Sleigh Ride is a 20-minute ride up the slope. There are blankets and hot cider waiting for you at dinner lodge. The dinner is amazing. Everything is cowboy themed. There are three different entrees to choose from (Trout, Chicken & Prime Rib). There is live music. I really like the prime rib and the chili that was served as an appetiz... read more
This is a must do on your vacation! My family really enjoyed the experience. We will come back next year! We will make it an annual night out. The staff is very friendly! I didn't mind tipping everyone. They are all so busy helping everybody. It is a great cowboy adventure. We got our kids photos taken with the horses. The food was better than expected. The best trout I have ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful with lots of cowboy/ranch things on the walls and the bathroom walls are painted colorful. Lots of Christmas light... read more
Skip it. We booked a sleigh ride and dinner. Contrary to the other favorable review, I wouldn't recommend this deal to anyone. 1. The sleigh ride is boring. No interesting scenery. Just up a ski slope to the restaurant. Driver was a nice enough guy, however, and the horses are interesting. 2. The food is good; trout, prime rib and chicken. However, anywhere else would have cost you about $20 per meal for similar quality. My family of four spent $400 on this adventure. We had 4 meals, a short ride to the restaurant, one glass... read more
