This company has been great for the last two years. This year started off awesome as well. They opened up the pool and within a day the pool was looking great. We bought the biweekly service and paid for it in advance. They came to the first two appointments. This is where the problem started. I have used Snowden's service for pool openings and closings of an in ground pool for close to 5 years. No problems whatsoever, best price by far. The pool technician has always been extremely professional.
It pains me to write this review because Ren I believe her name was, was so nice. I called and requested a service because my vinyl lined pool was blue but cloudy. You could see the bottom just not clearly. I explained all of this and waited 2 weeks for my appointment. Today a nice man who's names escapes me came out and did nothing more than mark the valves for me literally. 150 dollars to tell me what I already knew.
